Abstract :
" Domino effect " caused by the increase of fossil fuel make impecunious society more and more poowerless. When several daily commodities start to go up, where as growth of real sector is deep eased, hence people who live in impecunious country side will have new burden. Displacement policy of fossil fuel subsidy will make the amount of impecunious resident decreased like what the government wants. In fact, what really happens in our society is that post increase of fossil fuel in a new burden for impecunious family. Impecunious family becomes more and more impecunious because the are no longer able to fulfill their daily needs.
