Abstract :
As long as woman status in society and family is still considered as the second class citizen, hence as long as that woman entrepreneurship isn't run well. To maximize and improve woman's role in entrepreneurship, especially in area of oil and gas exploration, it doesn't only need government's involvement in micro business, but it also needs some efforts to abolish various gender discrimination form which the woman experience.
