Abstract :

Various instruments were used in the mobilization of non-political parties such as persona,kinship networks, economic and social networks in election activities. Various studiesconfirmed that political parties were not the only instrument used for the sake of electoralsupport for political actors. More active actor used or exploited the various instruments ofnon-party political mobilization, political institutionalization of the party because the force forpolitical mobilization was increasingly doubtful. In the process, actors tend to make the partyas a vehicle just for the sake of individual electoral politics. When election contestationbecame more individual, institutional parties failed to perform enrichment network capacity,along with to be more active use of elections as instruments of political mobilization as anon-party context electoral.
