Abstract :
Family Planning under developmental theme means the state have a fully control over women’s body. This research describes the impact of critical general policy – in this case, the Family Planning – towards women Quality methods has been selected in doing the research on. This research aims at placing women as subject and relates it with the international meaning of tubectomy action. By means of the conservation with the people whom are examined and together this research. As the informant expressed as follow: ‘According to me its better my self do the research on what happens to them (participatory) is the method which is developed in to do tubectomy rather than my husband. Because if the husband to do vasectomy I feel worry’. This fact revealed that wafe still have ‘quasi consciousness’; Its means to let her involved to under pressure situation of husband. It need to improve the consciousness of women that could measure the degree of autonomy, as if how far outsider to control reproductive and sexuality activity of women. Even not strugelling through ‘anti patriarchy’ at least need to pay attention to the women interest and not to give place in under state interest.
