Abstract :
Publics service is a based mission of government. Government in every level and every places will be seen from capacity to give public service, so that the quality of public service to be improved continuesly. Nnevertheless the effort to realize a better quality of public service is still a big problem in Indonesia, due to the massive practice of rentseeking and discrimination in serving. This research aimed to study the performance of public service in agrarian office in Semarang city. This research used a quantitative method based on the principle of public satisfaction index (IKM). This research found that public was still not satisfied with the service of the agrarian office because the interval of public satisfaction fell between the range of 43,75 – 62,50 -- C category
