Abstract :
Language is not merely reproducing means in order to re-voice ideas, but on top of that, it can construct the idea too. This theory has been applied since the administration of New Order government, a practice that has allowed the government to have a special policy to direct the development of Indonesian language. Therefore, it has not only been functioning as a medium of communication supporting the life of the state, but at the end it has also been functioning as an effective means of instruction in certain discourse with specific purpose appealed by the government.
