Abstract :
The existence of teh elderly people in a great number has become s dilmmatic social phenomena. On one side, everybody is expected to live longer. On the other hand the elderly people become less productive in many aspects. As the result, these people are classified in unproductive age-and thus-becomes a burden for productive-age group, particulary for those who live in the urban area. Yet particulary urban area circumstances force them to survive, even though it lets then facing socio-physiological, socio-psychological, socio-economical and socio-cultural problems.
