Controling of  M. domestica with insecticide represent a  practice and quick method to  decrease the population of  flies, but longterm and unproperty use of insecticide may  lead  to resistance.        Mechanism of  insecticide resistance of  M. domestica’s may through   two pathways those are target-site mechanisms and  detoxifications mechanisms. Rotation aplication  of  insecticide and sinergis are  important in  preventing  ocurrence of resistance.
