Abstract :
This research was conducted to determined the effect of adding glucose as energy to increase spermatozoa motility and viability of Madura bull in skim milk and egg yolk as diluter. The spermatozoa of 3 years old bull was used as sample. This study was a laboratory experimental with Complete Random Design, consisted of four treatment. P0 is non glucose added as control, P1, P2 and P3 was treated with glucose 1,5%, 2,5% and 3,5% respectively. The experiment was repeated 5 times. The data was analyzed by Analysis of Variant (ANOVA) One Way then proceed to Duncan order to determine significant differences between treatments. The result showed motility and viability was highest in P2 and lowest P0.
