Pengaruh suhu terhadap viabilitas spermatozoa dalam lendir serviks sapi perah estrus secara in vitro

Abstract :
The aim of this research was to study the different of temperature and incubate period on percentage viability of spermatozoa of in vitro dairy cattle estrous. One hundred milliliter of cervical mucous from ten dairy cattle estrous were collected. Cervical mucous was collected divide to two treatment. After that add frozen semen and incubated at 38,55 °C and 27-32 °C. Then test was conducted on 0 hour, 6 hour, 12 hour, 18 hours and 24 hours incubation period. The method used in this research is General Linear Models to determine interaction between subject and treatment. The result showed that different temperatur had not significant (p>0.05), but different incubated period had significant (p<0.05) affect the percentage viability of spermatozoa.
