Abstract :

Purpose in the study was to determine the production of (Z)-9-heptacosene sex pheromon level in cuticular hydrocarbon of male M. domestica. Population was devided into three different ages namely 4, 6,and 8 days old, respectively M. domestica was from rearing 30 animals each group in the day 4, 6, and 8. Therefore M. domestica cuticular was extracted and pheromon component was analyzed Gaschromatography mass-spectrometry. Result of the research was (Z)-9-heptacosene sex pheromon was not found in 4 days old age, instead 6 and 8 days old, was 6.472 and M.domestica 2.447.
