Abstract :
The aim of this research was knowed the influence of Toll-Like Receptor and CD4+ T cellexpresion in (white new zealand rabbit) with vaccination using dengue multivalent, was used PBMC isolation and direct immunofluorescence test. This research have used dengue multivalent vaccine which consist of four serotypes dengue viruses. This research used to a fully randomized design with three treatments, there are P0, P1 and P2. The group P0 as control was injected with physiology NaCl, thegroup P1 with dengue Multivalent vaccine 0,5 ml and group P2 with dengue Multivalent 0,3 ml. Theanalysis data used to Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) followed by Honestly Significant Difference (HSD). The result was different between control group with treatment group. This research was showed that dengue Multivalent vaccine 0,5 ml is more effective than dengue Multivalent vaccine 0,3 ml toinduce Toll-Like Receptor and CD4+ expression in White New Zealand rabbit.
