Reutilization willingness analysis based on assesment and expectation of maternity patients

Abstract :

Obtained Antenatal Care through pregnancy time for pregnant mother is very important. The procedure is intended to secure a safe labor and post-labor process and to deliver healthy babies. The issue is decreased visitation from 2010 to 2013 with averages of visitation approximate 2,47% per year. To objective of this research is to analyze pregnant mother assessment and expectation to utilization Antenatal Care’s in enhancing quality service at Inpatient Clinic and Maternity Siti Aisyah of Surabaya. This research was descriptive research with questioner data collecting. The subject of this research samples were pregnant mother of Inpatient Clinic and Maternity Siti Aisyah of Surabaya number of pregnant mother were 80 persons in December 2013 to January 2014 periods. The results of study shows that assessment to reliability, responsiveness and assurance was good. Pregnant mothers would rather that the quality of Antenatal Care should be like now. Assessment to emphaty variable was not good, pregnant mothers would rather the enhancing of behaviour the medical officer when they reach want and complain from patient (pregnant mothers). Assessment to tangible variable, the cleaning dan the medical tools was good but the layout of the building didn’t interest so they want to get renovation and to wide parking space.The results of research would be parts addressed should take first step to enhance Antenatal Care that available pregnant mothers expectation.
