Sistem bagi hasil dan fungsi sosial bank syariah

Abstract :

Based on Act no 10, 1998 Indonesian Banking System comprises of General banking and Community Credit Bank. General Bank can be run conventionally as well as Syariah. As experinced by countries with developed Syariah Banks, monetary crisis does not affect much in economic. According to Act no 10, 1998, the principle of Syariah is an aggrement based on Islamic law between bank and other parties to save and invest. In distributing its funds, Syariah Bank uses share principles that include Musyarakah, Mudharabah, Mutlaqoh and Mudharabah Muqayah. One of inseparable function in syariah banking is Baitul maal which accept and allocate grants. It comes from zakat, infaq, hibah or other social funds that allocated in the form of grants and loans.
