Abstract :
ABSTRACT Ngurah Rai International Airport Development Project of KSO Adhi-Wika in Bali is one of development in construction sector. In this project, there are many types of high risk working activities, especially on the third package. One of them is working used two point suspended power scaffold. The purpose of this study is to analyze the risk management of two point suspended power scaffold worker on the third package of PPBIB KSO Adhi-Wika. This study was conducted with cross sectional approach and observational analyticle design caused this study performed the actual fact in the field of KSO Adhi-Wika numberically using semi quantitative table and narrative. Observational and interview methods used to collect primary data. Subject in this study was a two point suspended power scaffold worker. Variables in this study were hazard identification, risk assessment, risk control effectiveness, and residual risk. The result of this study showed 53 potential hazards with 30 lower risks, 6 moderate risks, and 23 high risks. Risk control effectiveness was resulted by risk control procedure implementation assessment that based on inspections output of operator, equipment, and environment since assemblies until operational of two point suspended power scaffold which ranged from 0% until 80%. Risk management analysis resulted residual risks consist of 25 lower risks, 11 moderate risks, and 5 high risks. The suggestion can be given of this study is EHS of KSO Adhi-Wika should develop more spesific regulation of working with two point suspended power scaffold and evaluate their implementation of risk control to minimize residual risk of this activities because it contains high risk of falling from the height.
