Abstract :
Currently poverty constitutes part of the complexity of nation’s problem in Indonesia amid the fasttransitional change and the uncertain condition of global economy. As a result, efforts dealing withpoverty needed to be simultaneously supported by the development process of national awarenessand self-supporting attitude. To overcome the poverty, critical awareness in monitoring andresponding the government programs, which is based on good governance, needs to be developed.Furthermore, synergetic plan and program implementation need to be continuously susta ined whichcan allow the development program be effectively and efficiently carried out. One of the instrumentsexpected to be able to encourage the implementation of comprehensively regional development planis the coordinative forum of participative deve lopment.
