Abstract :

Since the enactment of the organizers of the HealthSocial Security Agency on January 1, 2014, there were 144 diagnoses of diseases that can be resolved at first health care provider to be able to accurately diagnose. First health care provider requires a simple primary laboratory support services. Airlangga Health Care Center is one of the clinics that collaborate with the HealthSocial Security Agency, but have not a simple laboratory. The purpose of this study is to analyze the cost benefit of Airlangga Health Care Center between to organizean independent simple laboratory services or operational collaborate with outsidelaboratories Airlangga Health Care Center. Thatis an observational-descriptive study with a cross-sectional design to analyze the costbenefit ratio of a laboratory holding a specific time period. The results of this study were obtained ratio B / C implementation of a simple laboratory independently of 7.14 and the ratio of B / C on the implementation of a simple laboratory Operational Cooperation at 4.39. implementation of a simple laboratory independently more beneficial and feasible.
