Abstract :
Listen to classical music stimulates the child's IQ to evolve. Mozart Sonata KV 448 D major can improve cognitive and visual intelligence. Mice have a level of intelligence above the average of other rodensia. Therefore, the classical music therapy using Mozart Sonata KV 448 D major flat 6 db with a frequency between 25-140 kHz is used to find out the level of intelligence of neonatal mice. Given classical music therapy on 16 neonatal mice divided into four treatment : P0 without therapy, P1 Classic music therapy 20 minute, P2 Classic music therapy 40 minute, P3 Classic music therapy 60 minutes. This treatment is carried out after the synchronization of the female mice of lust with one week pregnant age, then do therapy for 13 days at the time of pregnant, the son of mice in decapitation to see the histology cell body of neuron in cerebrum part left posterior middle frontal gyrus (pMFG). After examination of the murine brain histology overview section of the left posterior middle frontal gyrus (pMFG) obtained the result that classical music therapy by administering Mozart Sonata KV 448 in D major the murine pregnant can increase a child's intelligence mice on the basis of the number of the cell body of neurons. Data cell body of neurons will be analyzed using ANOVA test followed Duncan when there are different results real (p < 0.05). The results of the calculation of the amount of the cell body of neurons shows happening real difference (p < 0.05) between groups with P0 P2, however the highest result obtained at P3. Research conclusions that classical music therapy on neonatal mice pregnant can increase a child's intelligence mice are marked by an increasing number of cell body of neuron. However, it has no effect against the morfometri heads of neonatal mice.
