Abstract :

Article  focuses  on  the  role  of  global  civil  society  in  the  process  of  post-conflict reconstruction in Angola. Angola suffered civil wars for 27 years (1975-2002). Civil war has created poor urban society with low social bond. It could trigger a new civil war if not maintained properly. By using Development Workshop as a case study, author argues that social bond could be strengthened through financial aids that manage independently by society themselves.
