Abstract :

RGP lenses have good oxygen transmission and give better visual acuity than other types of contact lenses. It will correct more astigmatism than soft contact lenses. There are several principal of fitting as a consideration for fitting the RGP lenses. Besides specific parameters there are additional parameters should be measured. Evaluation of fitting should be done including primary position of the lens, movement and fluorescin patterns. The fitting evaluation will be fit well, fit flat or fit steep.
