Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to answer the problem of research which is the simplification of procedures to customers customer satisfaction level of licence renewal at SIM Corner Surabaya city as well as to explain the extent of its influence. This research takes the location in SIM Corner tunjungan plaza Surabaya city. Which aspects influenced these problems is the number of customer complaints was extended licence who feel procedure and flow that must be traveled too complicated and convoluted so it takes time, effort and costs that are not only a little to an extension of the validity of a driver's licence, but with the new innovation of the national police that is SIM Corner which procedures will be experiencing real simplification provides many contributions for its customers in doing the driving license renewal activities. With the license corner customers made easier with the locations easily visited, groove that easy, service a quick and also absence of scalpers who wander around the service. The number of customers in the SIM Corner proved to experience increased every year so that the problems of the study tried to find out the influence between the two variables, namely simplification of procedures to customers customer satisfaction level of licence renewal at SIM Corner
