Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to answer the research problem is how to influence the development of the capacity of business to the level of economic well-being of small industrial entrepreneurs Wedoro footwear, as well as to determine how much influence. This study took place at the Center for Small Industries Footwear Wedoro. Underlying problem is an increase in small business units and the amount of labor in the Footwear Industry Sentra Wedoro after capacity expansion by small businesses and supported by programs empower small businesses by the government. Type of research is explanative research type. The population in this study are entrepreneurs in Small Industrial Footwear Sentra Wedoro. As respondents who are entrepreneurs that represent each business category. The questionnaire used as the primary means of collecting data. Data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis technique, which is a statistical test used to determine the effect of two variables. From the analysis we concluded that the development of the capacity of micro influence the level of economic welfare. The magnitude of the effect of variable intensity of development of business capacity was 18.5% and the rest is influenced by other variables. The practical implications of this research is expected to provide input on the employers and government officials in charge of especially small and medium industries to further improve capacity development efforts so as to further improve the welfare of entrepreneurs who will also promote the development of regional economy. Theoretical implications for the study of Public Administration is the focus of this study is how to improve the capacity of business (management development of small and medium enterprises). With the increased implementation capacity development effort is expected to further increase the economic well-being as well.
