Abstract :
The experiment to be done to show identification of encoding gene for bacterial protein A of Staphylococcus aureus. The first step of test was to prepare pure culture of Staphylococcus aureus. Milk samples were collected from mastitic cases at the afternoon milking time. Preparation of pure culture were confirmed by MS agar, hemolytic activity, catalase test and coagulase. The result showed that there was a encoding gene of bacterial protein A of Staphylococcus aureus with molecular size 110 bp. The characterization molecular weight of protein A was 55 kD
