Abstract :
Pheochromocytoma with inferior vena cava thrombus is a rare case. A case of pheochromosytoma with inferior vena cava thrombus has been reported in 21-year old woman. Pheochromocytoma could or couldn’t be accompanied by clinical symptoms. Clinical symptoms of pheochromocytoma based on cathecolamin release, main symptoms is hypertension and additional symptoms are headaches, excessive sweating and palpitations. The most important diagnostic tool is MRI or CT-Scan. The treatment is adrenalectomy with excision of intravenous thrombus
