Abstract :
College library has the main goal is to help educational institutions in order toachieve the goal of Tri Dharma College. The library also aims to provide its services to theneeds of information. Libraries also supposed to have been providing excellent service thatfocuses on the needs of its users. The key to the success of excellent service is inseparablefrom the human resources (librarian) who directly provide services to users. All of this lies inthe professionalism of librarians, in which librarians who are directly involved acting anddirectly to users. Librarians also as a benchmark development of information and library.For that we need a support in the form of training related to library science. Support directlyimpact the knowledge of librarians and library development
