Abstract :

Catalogue is a primary tool for library users to exploreinformation. Onlinecatalogue, or known as OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue) is a media control ofmanual catalogue into digital catalogue that is used as tool of storing and tracing back thedata registered in the library collection. Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) has beenwidely applied in various libraries, such as internat ional libraries, national libraries, publiclibraries and college libraries. But, OPAC is still rarely applied in school library.Nevertheless, nowadays in Surabaya, new techno logy has been implemented across schoolsknown as isekolah. Isekolah is an integrated automat ion system from several schools incollaboration with the University of Airlangga to facilitate users in information retrieval.Initially, the researchers wanted to examine the use of isekolah at some integrated schools. This study wanted to find the description of the evaluation of isekolah automation systems by students of SMKN 10 Surabaya seen from the five models of End User ComputingSatisfaction (EUCS) theory. The dimensions are content, accuracy, format, ease of use andtimeliness. The type of this study was descriptive one with quantitative approach by usingsystematic random sampling method. The number of respondents was 100 students. Theresults of this study indicate that students of SMKN 10 Surabaya overall were satisfied withthe utilization of isekolah seen from the high number of variables. Almost all of the fivevariables of End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) have a high category in value score.Dimension of content has a score of 3.83, dimension of accuracy has a score of 3.71,dimension of format has a score of 3.75, the dimension of ease of use has a score of 3.8, thedimensions of timeliness has a score of 3.78.
