Abstract :

In this early childhood moment when their brain are absorbing just like a sponge. Golden age they say, are starts nowadays by the social agents because they think this kind of education will help them, the new generation, to face the world. Supported by how there are preschool which grow rapidly fast everywhere. But for sure, with this kind of need of school are also need a lot of teachers either. As we can see now, they do no longer need certificate to teach. The teachers related with its 'label' that stick on them as a public figure in social world, now its getting blur. Totally different with all the stories about teachers used to be in the society, everyone will respect their role and they are also become socialite. Teacher's role gets wider as long as the education qualities are also getting high. As we know there is a profession who teach early childhood that need a great patience, creativity, courage, skill and also a huge dedication for a job that force them to get grow. With those burden they carry along as a teacher who teach young generation so they can develop as a clever youth, good morality and also have quality moreover all the early childhood teacher will facing many kind of children behavior with all that weeping, screaming, sweat, et cetera especially in reading subject which is getting more crucial recently. We need vocations to bear with a lot of children world. In fact, most youth are no longer interest with kind of job as a early childhood teacher because of the risk and also the situation surrounding that they have to face at school, it's not an impressive job for them. So this role, an early childhood teacher, is a great phenomena that happening in society right now.  From this research we can find that the teachers in Apple Tree Preschool Surabaya, at the first time are hating their job so bad but the social construction they get are crystalize after the moment they work with the kids. Mostly, all the teachers are getting the essential feeling of teaching is a wonderful thing to do but there also a teacher who use the job only as a profit for the economic needs.  This research are based on two phase which are in order to motive and because motive.
