Abstract :

The researches of immunocontraception have done to find a substance, wich was increase alternative method of contraception. It takes in the ZP3 of several species, but have not been done in ZP3 of goat. In our preleminary study, we known that protein of gZP3 was fertilization receptor of goat. It protein was effective and reversible as an immunocontraceptive substance on mice as an animal model. The aim of the study was to determine the possibility recognizing of gZP3 protein as an antigen toward serum of fertile woman by using Elisa and Dot blotting analysis. The result showed that gZP3 protein could recognized autoantibody of fertile woman in Elisa and dot blotting analysis. It could be concluded that gZP3 was prospective in further research to find immunocontraceptive substance for women.
