Abstract :

Flooding in Bojonegoro happens every year with the impact of infrastructuredamage and loss of life is felt by the community and city Bojonegoro government,where it becomes a serious problem that should get faster treatment. Bojonegoro surrounded by Bengawan Solo river with water dischargesignificant upstream flows exceed downstream areas in some village in each district .Research methods to be used System Development Life Cycle ( SDLC ), which is amethodology in system development life cycle by analyzing and designing systems.  The purpose of this research is to make the application of the system in theWeb Map to maping the points regularly flooding areas by analyzing and analyzing theflood prone areas will likely flood estimates based on data from river water levels ofBengawan Solo river , rainfall intensity , and ground elevation data is inundation , of theanalysis system will provide an alternative solution shelters that can be used based onareas not affected by floods and the government will also find out how many heads ofhouseholds (families ) affected by flooding in each village in each district governmentto be used as a reference Bojonegoro town in decision-making .  The benefits of this research will help the city Bojonegoro government asdecision makers to provide immediate treatment to the flood-affected communities ,helping people with internet media to know the areas prone to flooding so earlyanticipation can be done because the system is made in the form Webmap so standbywith possibility of flooding impacts can be minimized .
