Abstract :

This study discusses the dynamics of railways employees in 1945-1965. Railway companies have a wide from the time of  independence until the nationalization of the Companies in the period, a train is experiencing many changes such as change of company name, change of ownership and changes to the policies that are applied to owners of the company. The changes that occur within the railway companies nor their policies affect the lives of the employees of the railway led to the existence of a dynamic employees. In fact the policies  applied by the railroad company proved too heavy for the officers and employees do not make peace so much happening the deviation to obtain the position and a higher income. This has continued since the time of Djawatan Kereta Api Republik Indonesia (DKARI) to Perusahaan Negara Kereta Api (PNKA) and even up to now
