Abstract :

This research is assessing about “Mojokerto city in the reign of Mayor Samioedin 1979-1989”. The method that used in this thesis writing is historical method, the fist is heuristic, criticism, interpretation, and historiography. This research  aims to describe the development of social-economic and infrastructure development during the reign of Mayor Samioedin at 1979 to 1989. There is a lot of development in field of social-economic such asformation pedicab community, establish programs of PKK, implementation of family planning programs, lending entrepreneurs shoes, and relocation of street vendors. While the infrastructure development such as construction of ex-bum’s village, the renovation market, the expansion of Mojokerto city region.
