Abstract :

This research was one of the reproduction biotechnology method to solve the problem of spermatozoa separation bearing chromosomeX and Y in Limosin bull. The aim of this research was to analysis of the effectiveness of Percoll and Albumen in Limosin bull chromosomeX and Y separation and motility and living capacity of spermatozoa. These data were analysed using ANOVA F test with 30 strawspermatozoa in Limosin bull, 10 restarting in each other 1 control group (P0), (P1) using Percoll, and (P2) using Albumen. The resultof this research showed that P0 have highest motility percentage and living capacity and significant difference with P1 as same as P2.However Albumen and percoll are effective to get the spermatozoa bearing X - chromosome.
