Abstract :
The objective of this paper is to present a methodology for combining bothgeographical and households targeting for the poverty reduction program inIndonesia as an alternative targeting method. The method is based on theuse of data that provide information on the characteristics of the areas inwhich the households reside and individual household characteristic. Methodof targeting for CCT program in Indonesia has to find supply side readinessand conditionality of demand side. Two methods of the targeting for CCTprogram in Indonesia could be used together for improving the results of thetargeting. Combining the geographical and household targeting with proxymean test (PMT) will increase accuracy for choosing benefits of the program.
