Abstract :

Organizational culture are beliefs, values, and norms which considered proper and underliesindividual behavior in an organization. Organizational culture was meant to create behavior andachievement/aprraisal, while organizational culture level are artifact level, which is more to physic.Theory of planned behavior was correspond to study about organizational culture because it wasbased on consciousness based on espouse belief and values level in conscious level. The theory was complete enough to study behavior in organization. It was also suggest the importance or behavior planning as the organization itself needs planning for efficient and effective behavior.
