Abstract :

This  study  aimed  to  determine  the  resilience  of  families  who  living  in  the  neighborhood  Dupak Bangunsari localization. Research carried out on two families who lived in the neighborhood Dupak Bangunsari localization. This study  used interview to data collection. Data collection tool used was a digital  recorder .  Interview  data  analysis  techniques  used  thematic  analysis  conducted  after  the coding of verbatim interviews.The results showed that the positive interaction between risk factors and protective  factors in  families living  in  the  neighborhood Dupak Bangunsari localization. It  makes them come up to the resilience behavior . In this case, protective factors in families can make them have  positive  adaptation  to  cope  the  negatif  influences  from  localization  circumstances.
