Abstract :

As a part of health enhancing behavior process to stop smoking behavior, it is need a mapping in teenager as a high risk population. 130 respondents are young smoker in Surabaya. This research aims are to reveal the the demographic variables, their view of smoking behavior and their health locus of control with survey method by using questionnaire. Mapping is focused as primary step of smoking behavior intervention strategy preventively and curatively
