Abstract :

Menopause is a natural phase of a woman by the cessation of the getting period cycle and signal the end of fertility.Many changes experienced by women who are entering a getting period, are physical and non physical changessuch as changes in social, emotional and psychological changes. Various changes in the face of menopause willcause anxiety. This analytical research aims to look at some of the factors that infl uence anxiety score in menopausewoman in Kelurahan Sekardangan. The research uses the design cross sectional. The data collection process wasconducted using questionnaires. The sample of this research that is some women 45–55 years old. The resultsof analysis is using linear regression showed that the factors affect signifi cantly to anaxiety score in menopausewomen is the knowledge with signifi cantly (p = 0.021) and support of family (p = 0.000), life style didn’t effect onanxiety in menopause woman with signifi cantly (p = 0.507). Based of the results it can be concluded that there isknowledge and family support may affect anxiety score in menopause woman which is expected for the relevantagencies to conduct educational and counseling about reproductive to make menopause women can equip withinformation about menopause, and socialize with make design pamphlet or poster about family important of bothhusband and son to give support material and non material to family who menopause.
