Abstract :

An experiment was conducted to determine algor mortis pattern that happend in rat inside the room with ambient temperature and room with 20°C temperature. The experimental animal that being use were 16 male rats with 100g bodyweight. Research consists of 2 groups with 14 repetition for each group. The groups are P1= room with ambient temperature and P2= room with 20°C temperature. Each group  use  8  rats  and will  be  euthanized with  ketamine.  The  repetition  is  the measurement of algor mortis that taken every 2 hours for 26 hours. The result ofthis experiment indicated there’s linear relationship of rat’s algor mortis in room with ambient temperature and room with 20°C temperature.
