Abstract :

This study was aimend to identify the role of cucumber as antioxidznt to protect cell membrane caused cigarette smoke. Experimental laboratory method was used in this study. There different treatments, infusum of cucumber 0 g/kg BW and 10 g/kg BW. They were given everiday for 30 days. The MDA (malondialdehyde) examination was performed using TBA (thiobutiric acid) test. Result showed that there was a significantly difference between control groups and there different treatments groups. It was indicated that cucmber had antioxidant and protected cell membrane coused acute exercise.
