Abstract :

This research was conducted to evaluate metal ceramic restoration work, produced by PSTKG-FKG Unair dental laboratory.As sample unit were dentist, PPDGS and the student of dentistry, that ever ordered metal ceramic restoration in PSTKG – FKG Unair dental laboratory. Analysist unit was metal ceramic restoration and as parameter used questioner.The result shows, the biggest user are dentist as Dentistry Faculty’s lecturer. User distribution mapping are not stabile each years. Approximately 45% user was ended to order of metal ceramic restoration by any reason in the following year. A port of the reoson was time consuming of the metal ceramic work and the other reason was worse product on it, especially the color (55.17%).
