Abstract :

Abstract:Adolescent reproductive health problem lately become a serious issue. A lot of adoslescent have unwanted pregnancy, sexually transmitted infection, and even HIV &AIDS. These facts indicate that this issue is a serious matter.The low capacity of knowledge of unhealthy behavior risk is one of the reason of the problems.This research was a descriptive observational research.The sample is collected by using purposive sampling method on second grade students of SMP Negeri 19 Surabaya.The questionnaire was provided in this research in order to find out the role of health school programs in delivering information of adolescent reproductive knowledge to the students of SMP Negeri 19 Surabaya. The results showed that the respondents' knowledge related to reproductive health, reproductive health resources and media support for the delivery of reproductive health information is good. Opinion majority of respondents (78%) support the UKS role to deliver reproductive health information, while the implementation of the Trias UKS was still lacking.  The conclusion can be drawn that the UKS role in the delivery of reproductive health information to students of SMP Negeri 19 Surabaya can be given thoroughly and comprehensively.
