Abstract :
Abstract: Technical Services Unit technicians of PT PLN (Persero) APJ Gresik Rayon Giri are force field that have plumbum exposed risk from highways air. This study aims to analyze the correlation between levels of blood plumbum with hemoglobin and hematocrit at Technical Services Unit technicians of PT PLN (Persero) APJ Gresik Rayon Giri. The study conducted using a cross sectional study. Examination of blood plumbum levels, hemoglobin, and hematocrit done through a blood sample subjects numbered 28 people. The independent variable in is the level of blood Plumbum, and the dependent variable are the level of hemoglobin and hematocrit. Levels of technicians blood Plumbum, hemoglobin, and hematokrit are at normal levels. Pearson Correlation Test showing there is no correlation between levels of Plumbum of blood hemoglobin levels (p = 0.230) and there is no correlation between levels of blood Plumbum with hematocrit levels (p = 0.068). It is concluded that levels of blood plumbum, hemoglobin, and hematocrit technicians are at normal levels. There is no correlation between the levels of blood plumbum, hemoglobin, and hematocrit. Recommended, although the results showing normal levels of blood plumbum, but still need monitoring or examination of blood Plumbum levels every 6 months as recommended by OSHA.
