Abstract :
This research aim to develop voltammetric sensor of creatinine through a modification hanging mercury drop electrode with molecularly imprinted polymer (HMD-MIP). The initially product before MIP is non imprinted polymer (NIP). NIP was made by reacting aniline, ammonium peroxodisulphate and creatinine. MIP was made by creatinine extraction from polymer network. Creatinine extraction was done by using hot water. Validation parameter determined are linierity, precision, sensitivity, limit of detection, and accuracy. Result of this research was obtained correlation factor (r) 0,9985, the range coefficient of variation between 2,04% to 13,44% for creatinine’s concentration 1-5 ppb, a low of detection limit is 0,2787 ppb, sensitivity method is 3,47 x 104 nA/ ppb.cm2 and accuracy for creatinine’s concentration 1-5 ppb is 95,64-105,61% Keywords: Creatinine, voltammetric sensor, molecularly imprinted polymer, hanging mercury drop electrode.
