Abstract :
Altough as a concept foreign policy has been widely used by students of International Relations (IR), analyzing a policy categorized as a foreign policy is a challenging task. This is due to the complexity of foreign policy as a process. To attain a comprehensive analysis therefore, IR student need to have a clear understanding of foreign policy as a concept as well as its available alternative approaches.
