Abstract :
Institution’s strategical and tactical communication process hold important role in gaining institution’s objectives. In particular for profit-oriented institution, public relations activities and promotional activities are inseparable or they cannot be under two different division as the public would see there is only one kind of institution communication process. Separate communication process may cause internal conflict between individual within a division. Whereas for the public and institution’s partners, it implies to distictintive messages. Integrated Marketing Communication concept offers integrated and coordinated institutional communication management, avoid internal conflict and yield similar package of message style. Thus it allows more effective institutional communication.
