Abstract :
Some studies explain that economic globalization brings negative impacts on woman workers working in differentparts of the world. The question is whether woman workers are aware of the negative impacts of the global economy ontheir life? This important question triggered a need to conduct a research to explore the woman workers’ point of viewabout whether economic globalization brings benefi ts to their daily life. The research questions were what they think tobecome workers and whether they were satisfi ed or not with the amount of salary they earn? The research found thatsome woman workers said that their income was adequate to cover the costs of their daily needs. Others says that theirsalary was not enough, but they had no worry because they just provided additional income to what their husbands earn.The majority of women maintain the traditional point of view that it was not the wife, but the husband that must becomethe bread winner of the family. This situation made woman workers had no need to struggle for increasing payment.Moreover, low level participation in collective organization of women workers that made efforts to increase low paymentand to improve human rights to become more difficult.
