Implementasi kebijakan penanggulangan perdagangan perempuan

Abstract :

The aim of this study was to have a view of the implementation of the policy regarding women trafficking in the North Sulawesi Province through a qualitative approach. The study showed that the implementation of women trafficking policy covered the content of the policy and the context of the implementation. Based on the exploration of the both factors, this study found that the implementation of local policy on women trafficking was working, although it did not achieved as it was expected. The role of politics appeared to be the dominant influence to the process, and caused so many constrain in the program. The Standard Operational Procedure should be applied  concistanly  to minimize the politization of the program.
