Abstract :

The term malpractice often refer to medication transaction and/or patient examination by medical officers. This paper discusses malpractice as caused by patient carelessness and not by medical officers. It is aimed at giving understanding which might affect the relations-building between both sides. Based on the role of both sides in developing misunderstanding, it is the mission of this paper to avoid one sided accusation on malpractice cases.
