Abstract :
The concept of gender is still socialized by the primary agent (parents), and the political socialization in the secondary and terciary agents (school, working places, mass media). Although there has been a discourse of a recent gender concept, the recent concept has yet not been well socialised by the primary, secondary and tertiary agents. Consequently, there has been a unreal awareness of women in participating in the public affairs.
