Abstract :
The alteration of management system happened in PT X-Kosmetika cause resistance for employees as they felt more enjoy and happy working with the former management system. Consequently, it brings several negative influence for the corporation, such as: (a) conflicts happen between front, (b) employees’ misunderstanding in repliying the policy stabilished by the new management system, (c) decreasing of communications quality between employees and their new management, (d) teamwork’s spirit is badly affected. The solution of these problems is doing some utmost acts in order to create and to sustain the potentials of corporation’s human resources by providing direction to the achievement of high performance based on Drexler & Sibbet’s team performance model. Furthermore, the main priority should be focused on creating the human resources potentiality using in-door training program approach within team building workshop method.
